In our chocolate factory in Crisser, our team of chocolate-makers is elaborating with delicacy the famous MANUEL chocolates. Our hand-made pralinés are carefully prepared and are appreciated beyond Switzerland. More than 20 tons of Manuel chocolates are consumed every year all over the world ! Manuel is also the official supplier of the city of Lausanne (Switzerland). Our creation has been chosen by a jury of professionals, among eleven other productions from Lausanne-based confectioners. The City of Lausanne created this contest as part of the event
We produce around 20 tons of chocolates and pastries under the name MANUEL, or in a neutral way for specific customers, to whom we also offer to pack the products with their own packagings. The secret of our success lies in :

– Recipes which have been tested and adapted throughout the years
